Students can discuss exercise programs or what they can choose to do to make themselves healthier individuals. Students can also post ideas on how they can reduce stress in their lives. ReplyDeleteTo make my self a "healthy'er" indevidual, I need to get back to my old habbits of tae kwon doe and I need to watch out for what I eat. I believe talking to someone you trust and writing stuff down in a journal can help stress problems. I have post tramatic stress syndrom and it effects my a lot, So what i do is write down all my feelings in my lil note book. To achive fitness someone has to be determand to achive I belive. If someone isnt determand they can't achive, so there for if your determand a person like You, and I can achive a healthy life style and stay fit by doing some sports or fitness stuff.
ReplyDeleteWe can make a healthy lifestyle if we do a little bit of exercice every day and also we have to eat healthy food, of course, we can eat sometimes junk food but not ever. Have good healthy is related a lot of with our nutrition, if we eat always fast food the consequence can be diseases like obesity, and they often causes a bad life quality.
