This is a place for students to discuss different types of foods and their health benefits. Students can also talk about foods that lack nutritional value and should be avoided when trying to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
In class we have been learning about a lot of diffrent healthy foods. I think learning about the trail mix was benificial. Because, People can add dried fruits, peanuts, oats, cerial, raisens, Etc! Reason why it was benificial to me is, that its a healthy snack and it can be filling on just a serving size. I also thought the food pyrimid was benificial. Because, younger people need to lean whats good for you and what u should connsum of each and how many times a die and the portion sizing. The food pyrimid can teach a lot and, can be ver useful.
